Salad Aida Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 head curly endive lettuce | ||
| 8 julienne cut marinated artichokes | ||
| 4 tomatoes cut in wedges | ||
| 1 julienne cut green bell peppers | ||
| 1 julienne cut red bell pepper | ||
| Hard boiled eggs | 3 , chopped | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 125 Milliliter | |
| Red wine vinegar | 45 Milliliter | |
| 5 ml each of basil, tarragon | ||
| Salt | 1 Milliliter | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1 Milliliter | |
Directions
Wash, trim and cut the lettuce.
Place in a salad serving bowl.
Arrange the artichoke, tomatoes, peppers and eggs around the lettuce.
Blend the oil, vinegar and seasonings.
Pour over the salad and serve.
