Saint Gothard Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
4 tournedos or round fillet steaks,
2 tomatoes,
Onions, Potatoes, Butter, Cress, Bearnaise sauce, Fried bread.
Directions
Grill the steaks, and put them when done each on top of fried bread.
Serve each with half a grilled tomato filled with Bearnaise sauce.
Garnish the dish with soufflee potatoes, some onions fried in butter and a little watercress.
