Saint Patrick's Day Cocktail: Coole Irish Islander Recipe Video
Here is the recipe I designed for Coole Swan Irish Cream to find out that the folks in the UK do not have nearly the selection of products that we do here in the US.
Ingredients
Coole Swan Irish Cream – 2 ounces
Malibu Coconut rum – 1 ounce
Blue Curacao - 1/2 ounce
Creme de Banana (yellow) - rum – 1 ounce
Pineapple and green maraschino cherry – as garnish.
Directions
MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker, pour in the Coole Swan Irish Cream, the Malibu coconut rum, Blue Curacao, and Crème de banana. Shake well with ice
2. Strain into a serving glass over ice

3. Serve chilled with Pineapple and Green Maraschino Cherry Garnish.
