1 lb (450 g) fish fillets, cut into strips
 
4 tsp (20 ml) butter
 
Salt and pepper
 
1 commercial seafood sauce mix

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
–  Tie fish strips in loose knots.
–  Coat a baking pan lightly with butter. Place sailor's knots in baking pan and season with salt and pepper then bake for 12 minutes.
–  Meanwhile, prepare seafood sauce according to package directions and serve with fish.
