Spinach
 
1/2 cup soaked split chickpeas
 
Cut egg plant
 
Green chillies chopped
 
Diced tomatoes 1 cup

Directions

Once the onion, ginger and garlic is fried, add half of the cut spinach.

Add the split chickpeas and add the balance spinach.

Add the cut eggplant, green chilli and tomatoes.

Cover the cooker to allow spianch to lose water.
