Palak or spinach made in Sindhi style of cuisine is tasty.

Ingredients

 
Spianch
 
Onion chopped
 
Garlic chopped
 
ginger chopped
 
Green chillies chopped
 
Pinch of Asafoetida
 
Oil
 
Eggplant cubes
 
Tomatoes minced

Directions

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

When the oil is heated up add asafoetida.

Then add the ginger, garlic and onion. Stir fry them in oil.
