Blend 2 tspns.
lemon juice into 1 cup chop- ped, cooked pitted prunes.
Stiffly beat 1 cup whipping cream; blend small amount into prunes.
Fold in remaining whipped cream.
Serve large spoonsful on gingerbread or spice cake.
