 Sugar30 Gram (For 4)
 Cream150 Milliliter (For 4)
 Sherry1 Tablespoon (For 4)
 Vanilla essence1/2 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Ratafia biscuits 30 gm.
 Pistachio nuts10 Gram (For 4)

Directions

1. Simmer the sago in milk until cooked.
2. Add sugar and cool, stirring occasionally.
3. When cold add the sherry, vanilla and slightly whipped cream.
4. Pour into a glass dish, and decorate with Ratafia biscuits and chopped nuts.
