Sago Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Sago | 45 Gram (For 4) | |
| Milk | 590 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cream | 150 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon (For 4) | |
| Vanilla essence | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Ratafia biscuits 30 gm. | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Simmer the sago in milk until cooked.
2. Add sugar and cool, stirring occasionally.
3. When cold add the sherry, vanilla and slightly whipped cream.
4. Pour into a glass dish, and decorate with Ratafia biscuits and chopped nuts.
