Sage Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
|Bulk sage sausage||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Finely chopped green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened, cubed (1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|

Brown sausage in a medium skillet until it crumbles; drain.
Add onion, parsley, pepper, and garlic.
Add cream cheese cubes to the sausage mixture.
Remove mushroom stems and discard.
Place mushrooms in baking dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
