Sage And Garlic Sauté Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (1 1/4 pounds) PERDUE® Fit n Easy fresh skinless and boneless chicken thighs
Salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional)
2 teaspoons olive oil
5 fresh sage leaves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups hot cooked quinoa or brown rice
Directions
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil; add chicken and brown 2 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle siage and garlic over chicken.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Remove garlic.
