1 1/4 cups unrefined safflower oil

Blend the butter and the oil in a blender.
Pour into containers.
Chill.

Hi. I would like to know, where I can buy or find the safflower oil or butter for cooking. I live in Puerto Rico and I can't find it. Thank you.
