Sacher Torte Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Semi-sweet chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| Unsweetened chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 4 Teaspoon |
Directions
In the top of a double boiler over hot water, melt chocolates, butter and honey, stirring until smooth.
Let cool until slightly thickened.
