4 slices thin rye bread
Butter
4 slices red onion
4 slices Swiss cheese
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Butter each slice of rye bread.
Place slice of onion on each; top with slice of cheese.
Place on oven tray; put in toaster oven.
Top brown until cheese is bubbly.
