| Unsweetened fruit juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Fresh strawberries/Other fresh berries / fruit | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Add all ingredients except fruit.
Blend thoroughly.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Turn into oiled 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
Cool.
