Ruth's Something Special Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts, cooked as directed
1 can (1 lb.) red salmon
1 lemon, sliced very thin
2 t capers
1 c sour cream
Buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Place artichoke hearts in a 1-qt.casserole.
Follow with 1 layer each of salmon, lemon slices (reserve a few slices for garnish), capers and sour cream.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
Crumbs should brown.(To prepare buttered crumbs melt 2 t butter in a skillet, add 1/2 C prepared bread crumbs. Stir to mix).
