Butter Ruth Aldridge Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients

| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup sibeet milk | ||
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Chocolate | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/2 cup sweet milk, extra | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together; sift flour and soda and add alternately with the milk to butter-sugar mixture.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Melt the 1/2 cup grated chocolate with the 1/2 cup extra sweet milk in top of double boiler.
Cool chocolate mixture, and
