 Rutabagas - 2 medium-sized (about 2 lbs.)
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the rutabagas and peel them.
2) Cut the rutabagas in half and apply little soft butter.

MAKING

3) Take each rutabagas and wrap in foil.
4) Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
5) Take a pan and melt the butter into it. Put brown sugar and mix them well.
6) Add soy, lemon juice and Worcestershire.
7) Simmer for 3 minutes.

SERVING

8) Before serving the dish, unwrap the rutabagas and cut into small chunks.
9) Pour soy-butter sauce over the rutabagas and serve.
