Rutabaga Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-lb. meaty beef shank bone | ||
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 4 Quart | |
| Rutabagas | 2 Pound, cubed | |
Directions
Bring shank bone to a boil in salted water; cook until meat is tender.
Add rutabagas.
Cook until beef comes from bone and rutabagas are tender.
Add water, if necessary.
Add rutabagas.
