Ingredients

 Rutabaga4 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Salt pork1/4 pound, finely chopped
 Onion1 , minced
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot of boiling water, add the rutabaga. Cook till it turns tender.
2) In a saute pan, saute the salted pork till it turns brown and crisp. Add in the onions and continue cooking till they turn soft.
3) Stir in the cooked rutabaga. Cook for 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally so that the cubes brown slightly on all sides.
4) Season the dish with salt and pepper, and give it a final stir.

SERVING
5) Serve the Rutabaga With Salt Pork warm.
