Russian Veal Recipe
Ingredients
| Veal cutlets | 2 Pound | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon onion juice | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cut veal in cubes and brown in pan with butter.
Remove to a casserole dish, using a slotted spoon.
Saute mushrooms adding more butter, if necessary.
Add to casserole with veal.
To pan gravy, add flour, seasoning and sour cream.
Stir until thickened; pour over meat.
Cook in covered dish for 2 hours at 260degree F.
The favourite, for the men in my family.
