MAKING
1)In a bowl, add cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar and flour and beat well.
2)Take a skillet heat it and butter it, drop spoonsful of batter on it and fry cakes until golden brown on both sides.

3)Serve piping hot with sour cream and jam.
