 Head of lettuce1⁄2 Medium
 Cut up cooked chicken3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Diced cooked ham1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canned shrimp4 1⁄4 Ounce
 Canned crab meat6 Ounce
 Canned lobster5 Ounce
 Anchovies8
 Sardines8
 Hard cooked egg1
 Chopped sweet pickles1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped pickled onions2 Tablespoon
 Commercial mayonnaise1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Ketchup2 Tablespoon
 Garlic salt4 Teaspoon
 Lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Break 1/2 head lettuce into large bowl.
Add chicken, ham, shrimp, crab, lobster, anchovies and sardines.
Toss lightly.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Mash egg with a fork in a small bowl.
Add pickles, onions, mayonnaise, ketchup and garlic salt and blend well.
Pour over first mixture and toss.
Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
Chill.
Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves and pile salad in centre.
