Russian Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Chopped onion | ||
| Button mushrooms | 1/4 Pound, sliced | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pork loin chops | 4 | |
| Creme fraiche | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Put the potatoes, onions and mushrooms in a bowl with the butter and cook on HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring twice.
Season with the garlic salt.
Heat a browning dish for 6-8 minutes, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Add the chops and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Turn and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Pour over the potato mixture and the cream.
Cover and heat on HIGH for 5-6 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley
