2 eggs
Juliennes of 1/2 onion
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix onions, salt, pepper and olive. Toss them and place butter on top. Place the onions in a solar heating tray and cook for two hours. In a bowl, crack eggs and add salt to taste. Cook onions for 3 hours before adding eggs. Add the eggs and close it with a glass lid. Cook till the eggs are cooked. Serve the Russian Yaichnitsa eggs on toasted bread.
