Cinnamon Russian Tea Recipe

Ingredients

 Cinnamon stick1/4 Ounce
 Whole Cloves1/4 Ounce
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 oranges (2/3 cup juice)
 1 lemon (1/4 cup juice)
 Black tea2 Tablespoon
 Boiling water6 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Simmer spices and honey with the 1 cup water for 10 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
Strain.
Add rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon if desired.
Squeeze fruit juices, steep tea in boiling water 1 minute.
Strain.
Add fruit juice and spice mixture to strained tea.
Reheat and serve hot.
Garnish with orange slices.
