Cinnamon Russian Tea Recipe
Ingredients
| Cinnamon stick | 1/4 Ounce | |
| Whole Cloves | 1/4 Ounce | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 oranges (2/3 cup juice) | ||
| 1 lemon (1/4 cup juice) | ||
| Black tea | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Simmer spices and honey with the 1 cup water for 10 minutes and let stand 1 hour.
Strain.
Add rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon if desired.
Squeeze fruit juices, steep tea in boiling water 1 minute.
Strain.
Add fruit juice and spice mixture to strained tea.
Reheat and serve hot.
Garnish with orange slices.
