Russian Spiced Tea Recipe
Ingredients
| Tea bags | 2 | |
| 8 each whole cloves and whole allspice | ||
| Water | 2 Quart | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Remove staples from tea bags.
Transfer tea to 1 bag.
Add spices to empty bag.
Restaple.
Bring water to a boil in saucepan.
Add sugar and spice bag.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add tea bag.
Let steep until desired strength and color is reached.
Cool.
Stir in lemon juice and orange juice.
Chill until serving time.
