Russian Kissel Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornflour | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Leveled) | |
| 1 pt. frozen unsweetened fruit puree, thawed | ||
| Sugar to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, blend the fruit puree and the cornflour and add as much sugar as you desire
2. Transfer this to a saucepan, bring it to a boil, stir constantly and then turn the heat down and let the mixture thicken
3. When thick enough, pour it into a serving dish and chill for some time
SERVING
4. Top with whipped craem before serving
