 Carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sauerkraut- 3 1/2 cups (one 1-pound, 11-ounce can), drained
 Beef2 Can (10oz), condensed
 Water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato juice4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Rice3 Tablespoon, uncooked

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Mix all the ingredient well.
3) In a large saucepan, pour the mixture.
4) Cover and simmer, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
5) Serve with sour cream, if desired.
