Romanian Sauerkraut Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sauerkraut- 3 1/2 cups (one 1-pound, 11-ounce can), drained | ||
| Beef | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | 3 Tablespoon, uncooked | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Mix all the ingredient well.
3) In a large saucepan, pour the mixture.
4) Cover and simmer, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
SERVING
5) Serve with sour cream, if desired.
