 Chicken livers
 Bacon
 Water chestnuts
 Soy sauce
 Brown sugar

Directions

1) Soak livers in soy sauce for 24 hours. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Lightly brown bacon. Wrap a slice of water chestnut and a piece of liver in a piece of the bacon. Push a toothpick through the bacon, liver and water chestnut.
2) Roll in brown sugar, place on a cookie sheet and broil until bacon is crisp.
