Rumaki Recipe
Ingredients
| Water chestnuts | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Soy sauce to cover | ||
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sliced bacon | ||
Directions
Marinate the water chestnuts overnight in the soy sauce.
Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around the chestnut and secure with a toothpick.
Broil until the bacon is crisp.
Enjoy.
