Rum Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup syrup reserved from pineapple, or 1/2 cup orange juice | ||
| Light rum | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Put all ingredients except rum into blazer pan, of Oster Electric Chafing Dish.
Cook uncovered at high about 7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Arrange folded crepes in four layers in blazer pan.
Heat to bubbly.
Heat rum in small saucepan.
Pour over crepes and ignite.
