Rum Rounds Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup Quick No-Cook Fondant | ||
| 1 tsp rum flavoring | ||
| 1 oz. white dietetic chocolate coating | ||
Directions
Stir fondant and rum flavoring until completely blended.
Divide mixture in half.
Form into two 5 1/2 x 1/2 in. (14 x 1.3 cm) rolls.
Cut into 54 in. (6 mm) round discs.
Place on plate and refrigerate until firm.
Melt white dietetic chocolate coating in small custard cup over simmering water.
Using two forks, dip rounds one at a time.
Pick rounds out of the melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry.
Refrigerate until very firm.
Remove chocolate coating from heat; reserve.
When rounds are firm, re-melt any remaining chocolate and re-dip rounds.
