 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions2 Small, finely chopped
 Bay Leaf1
 Peppercorns6 To taste, crushed
 Currant jelly2 Teaspoon
 Rum2 Ounce
 2 cup any meat gravy

Directions

Parboil raisins in enough water to cover; drain.
Combine vinegar, onions, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
Boil until liquid is reduced by one half.
Add jelly, rum, and meat gravy.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add raisins.
