Rum Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 Small, finely chopped | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Peppercorns | 6 To taste, crushed | |
| Currant jelly | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rum | 2 Ounce | |
| 2 cup any meat gravy | ||
Directions
Parboil raisins in enough water to cover; drain.
Combine vinegar, onions, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
Boil until liquid is reduced by one half.
Add jelly, rum, and meat gravy.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add raisins.
