Rum Mint Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed | ||
| 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rum | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Boil together the sugar, water, mint and lemon rind two minutes.
Strain and chill. Add lemon juice and rum.
