 Dark rum1 Ounce
 2 teaspoons sugar dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
 Cognac1 1/4 Tablespoon
 Egg1
 Cream2 Ounce
 Milk4 Ounce
 Nutmeg

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a cocktaiI shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a tall glass.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
