Place a peach half, cut-side-down, on top of each cake.
Cover pan with a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Bank about 10 low-glowing coals on each side of fire grill and place cooking grill 4 to 6 inches above coals.
Place babas in center of grill so that no part of pan is directly over coals.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until cakes and fruit are heated throughout.
Heat rum in a small flameproof container directly over coals.
Ignite and carefully pour over peaches
