Ingredients
1 gelatin cup cranberry juice cocktail
cans (1 pound) whole cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 pound cooked ham, 2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin on cranberry juice cocktail in saucepan to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until gela- tin is dissolved.
Stir in whole cranberry sauce and lemon juice.
Turn into a 5-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Mix to- gether chicken and celery.
Add mayonnaise, salt, Tabasco and lemon juice.
Toss together lightly.
Unmold cranberry ring on serving platter.
Fill center of ring with chicken salad.
