Ruby Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces each) beef consomme
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup water
Directions
Mix consomme, tomato juice and water; heat through.
(Can be served immediately.) Cover and refrigerate.
At serving time, heat Ruby Consomme or serve cold.
Garnish with cucumber or radish slices, if desired.
