Ruby Red Cranberry Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups finely chopped tart apple
1 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/3 cup raisins
1 package (8 oz.) seasoned cornbread stuffing mix
Directions
1. Combine butter, onion and celery in 2-quart glass casserole.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 4 minutes or until vegetables are partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Stuff poultry.
