Ruby Berry Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Frozen strawberries package | 1 , sweetened | |
| 3 cups cut-up rhubarb | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping) | |
| Rolled oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), unsifted (Topping) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon (Topping) | |
| 1/3 cup chopped nuts, if desired | ||
Directions
In 2-quart (8 x 8) baking dish, combine sugar and flour.
Add frozen berries.
Cook, uncovered, 4 minutes, stirring once to mix in thawed berries.
Stir in rhubarb.
Prepare Topping by melting butter (30 sec.) in mixing bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture.
Cook uncovered, 8 minutes or until mixture is bubbly toward center.
For crisper topping, place under broiler a few minutes.
Add frozen berries.
