Ingredients

 Whipping cream1 Pint
 Chocolate syrup1 Can (10oz)
 Brandy1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 quart coffee ice cream, softened
 Semi-sweet chocolate morsels package1
 3/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted Whipped cream Chocolate leaves Maraschino cherries

Directions

Combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, and brandy; beat until thickened.
Place ice cream in a large plastic or metal freezer container; fold chocolate mixture into ice cream.
Stir in chocolate morsels and almonds.
Freeze, uncovered, about 3 hours.
Remove from freezer, and stir well.
Cover and freeze.
Spoon into parfait glasses and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate leaves, and maraschino cherries.
