Royal Grape Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Whipping) | |
| Confectioner's powdered | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Canned frozen concentrated grape juice | 6 Ounce (Thawed) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
Beat cream and 10X sugar until stiff in a medjum size bowl; gradually fold in thawed grape juice and vanilla.
Spoon into a 5 cup mold or 2 ice cube trays; freeze at least 2 hours, or until creamy firm.
Serve in parfait glasses.
