Royal Reuben Salad Recipe

Ingredients
6 cups torn leaf lettuce
2 3-ounce packages thinly sliced corned beef, cut into strips
4 ounces cubed Swiss cheese(1 cup)
1 cup seasoned croutons
3/4 to 1 cup thousand island salad dressing
1 8-ounce can sauerkraut, chilled and drained
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Directions
Place lettuce in large bowl.
Arrange corned beef, Swiss cheese, and croutons atop lettuce.
Combine dressing, sauerkraut, and caraway seed; spoon over salad and toss till well coated.
