Directions

1. In a bowl, combine meringue powder and sugar. If you’re using egg whites, mix them together
2. With a mixer, scant 1/2 cup of water, until desire consistency. The more water you add the mix will be thinner

It’s very simple, right? If you want to color it, separate in different containers and add color. Remember: always cover the icing, to avoid drying.
