Round Steak With Mushroom Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
| Round steak | 2 Pound, tenderized | |
| Flour | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cans cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Water | 1 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Trim fat off steak; cut into 5 or 6 individual pieces.
Roll steak in flour; brown in oil.
Add chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Mix together soup and water; pour over steak.
Cook steak in a covered skillet at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Serve steak and gravy over noodles.
