Round Steak Roll Ups Recipe
The round steak roll ups are prepaerd with round steaks filled with a stuffing mix. The mix is made with carrots onions and seasoned bread. Rolled and tied, the steak is cooked in a pan mushroom soup and flavored with worcestershire sauce and steak sauce.
Ingredients

| Carrots | 2 Medium, quartered | |
| Green onions | 8 | |
| Bread | 1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce | ||
Directions
Cut steak into 4 rectangular pieces 1/4 inch thick.
Place carrots, 2 onions and 1/4 cup stuffing mix on each piece of meat.
Roll up; secure with toothpicks.
Mix together flour, salt and pepper; dredge meat in seasoned flour.
In skillet brown meat in hot fat.
Combine soup, water, Worcestershire and steak sauces; pour over meat in skillet.
Cover; simmer 1 hour until done.
May also be baked 1 hour at 350 degrees in covered 1 1/4-quart casserole.
