Round Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Round steak - 2 pounds, boneless | ||
| Onion soup mix envelope | 1 | |
| Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can of 10 3/4 ounces | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Slice the steak into serving-sized pieces.
2) In a saucepan, brown the meat in oil.
3) Put the meat in the slow cooker and sprinkle soup mix all over.
4) Combine together the water and soup and pour the mixture all over the meat.
5) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
