Round Steak With Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Round steak - 2 pounds, cut into serving-sized chunks | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| Celery ribs | 4 | |
| Carrots | 4 | |
| Potatoes - 4, cut into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoning salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In the bottom of a slow cooker, put the steak.
2) In a large bowl, put the vegetables, seasonings and soup and stir well. Pour the mixture all over the meat.
3) If required, add some water to cover the vegetables and meat.
4) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
