 Vinegar1⁄2 Tablespoon (For the dressing)
 Olive oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For the dressing)
 Dijon mustard1 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
 Basil1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the dressing)
 Pepper4 Pinch (For the dressing)
 Salt4 Pinch (For the dressing)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Chop all the vegetables.

MAKING
2.In a large bowl put all the ingredients for the salad and toss well.
3.Make the dressing by mixing vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and blend it well by pouring more olive oil.
3.Pour the dressing over the salad.

SERVING
5.Serve in a large bowl with another drizzle of dressing, if you like.
