In small glass bowl, heat beans and relish, covered, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
Along one side of each frankfurter, make deep slits every 3/4-inch.
On paper towel lined paper plate, arrange franks cut-side out.
Heat 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until heated through and curled.
Spread mustard on bread; place on serving plate.
Arrange two franks on each slice of bread to form ring.
Fill ring with beans; top with bacon and cheese.
Heat 1 to 1 1/4 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
